• Returns are accepted only in case of wrong item delivered.

• The Rudraksha must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• Product must be returned with original packaging, invoice, and any accessories provided.

2. Time Frame for Returns

• You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Requests made after 3 days will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• We do not accept returns for natural variations in color, texture, or size as Rudraksha beads are natural products and each one is unique.

• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage are not eligible for return.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
